Dear Mr. Becker, Recently my daughter and I visited your dealership to look at the Impala and Malibu. I have always been a GM fan and I have promised my daughter a new car upon graduation. She likes both models. Although we did not purchase a car that day, our visit to the dealership was a most pleasant experience. I feel it is important for me to write you this letter. Staff of Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet, I wanted to personally thank everyone at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet who put their time and effort into getting me in my new 2007 Silver 2LT Corvette. I appreciate the professionalism and was never made to feel as though I was merely a dollar sign to your business. Believe me, I shopped as many dealerships as I did Corvettes, and Jimmie Johnson was top notch. From the initial contact from Amanda Dominguez, to Marc s personal introduction and offer to assist me with anything I might need, the process went as flawlessly as can be expected. You guys really seem to have it down at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. Special thanks as well to Vern Lovett, who definitely demonstrated his vast experience and expertise in performing the financing duties and getting me out on the road without additional cost. Again, Vern came across as friendly, and interested in getting me the best service without an inappropriate level of pressure to add on additional cost to the sale. Finally, I want to commend Ben Gibson on his professionalism and attention to detail. There may have been a couple questions to which he did not immediately have an answer, but he always got back to me quickly with the information I requested. He did not attempt to snow me or insult my intelligence, as I think is a common practice at many dealerships. I feel I was treated fairly and purchased my vehicle at a competitive price. Ben comes across as sincere and genuine. When one of the other sales associates asked with whom I was meeting, I told him it was Ben, and he complimented Ben and told me I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to send anyone I know to Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet, or to speak to Ben, and will do so if given the chance. Now for the REALLY import stuff! The Corvette is amazing, and so far I have very much enjoyed the driving experience. I believe I saw my 350Z shed a tear when I pulled up in my new 2007 Corvette. The Z was great, but I have no buyer s remorse, and it will not be missed. That is the sign of a truly exceptional product. I look forward to continuing our relationship, and to sitting down with the sales staff again in a few years when you get me into a Z06! High marks to all on the forthcoming satisfaction survey. Special thanks to Mike Batcheller, support staff and your Service Department. I have delt with many of the chevrolet dealership in San Diego County and your service far exceeds them all. We at Neal Electric appreciate your concern for down time on our vehicles. Not very many respect or understand what it cost a company when vehicles are not running. Since we have started using your dealership as our primary repair facility not one, I say again NOT ONE vehicle has had to go back for something not being done correctly the first time. Recently while preparing for our annual family vacation, I ran into a little problem with the emergency brake on our Motor Home. I made the mistake of taking it to the closest dealer. They had the RV for more then a week. First they stated they had to order the diagram to see how the brake drum assembly went together, that took 4 days. Then they had to wait for the rack to become available, another couple of days. Then the best they could come up with was to start by replacing the brake shoes and see if that would fix the problem. I went to our fleet department at Cox Communications and they made the suggestion to try Kearney Mesa Chevrolet. I called your parts department and talked to Lee Cronk. I was amazed at the differences between one dealer and another. The service I received was far and above anything I had expected. The quality of customer service and caring attitude that your representative showed was beyond belief. With Lee?s help and expertise I was able to make the repairs myself. I was even more amazed when I received a call back to make sure that everything worked out. It clearly shows when time and effort is taken to hire quality individuals with caring attitudes and knowledge in their field. I now understand why Cox uses your dealership and in the future will not hesitate to refer to Kearny Mesa Chevrolet as the #1 Chevy Dealership in San Diego By the way, My family and I were able to take our trip to Canada this year and a great time was had by all. (Except for the $$$ spent on fuel of course)
I wish to share with you how happy I am being a Jimmie Johnson's Kearny Mesa Chevrolet customer. In the beginning of the year in February I tooked my car to a near by dealership for maintenance. They left my car in poorly conditions. That same day I drove it to Kearny Mesa Chevrolet. Mr. Mike Batcheller and Diddi helped me fixed my car by bringing it back to life. They both did an excellent job that made me want to go back for more service. There is also another employee by his name Mr. Scott Torres. Whom help me in the service department when Mr. Mike Batcheller was not present. These three people are a real asset to Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. This past Monday I took my car in for an oil change both Mr. Mike Batcheller and Mr. Scott Torres help me. My engine light was on and Mr. Mike Batcheller took care of it. Mr. Scott Torres kept checking on my car and giving me updates. I was very thankful and happy to leave with a smile. I was so proud to see service advisors care for customers car so much. I like taking my car to a dealership will they do a professional job. Why, because I like the employees they have a nice sense of humor, are always patience and polite. This evening I just found out that Kearny Mesa has a chat conversation for customers whom has questions and could speak with a represenative. For me this is something new and I like the system. I spoke with Mr. Ryan Miller very professional and great customer service. He also help me answered my questions. Like I said, in the beginning Mrs. Diddi, Mr. Mike Batcheller, Mr. Scott Torres and Mr. Ryan Miller all are a real asset for Chevrolet. They are very professional, caring, have excellent communications and customer service. This makes me want to continue being a customer for Jimmie Johnson and I do plan to share this with my co-workers, friends and family. Hello, I am writing regarding how extremely impressed I am with the high level of professionalism and customer service that Daniel provided to my wife and I as we have just completed purchasing a 2007 GMC Yukon from Jimmy Johnson Chevy. Daniel and I communicated primarily through email during the transaction - he understood and listened to our needs regarding the type of purchase we were looking into, made the financing process seamless and was very accommodating to our schedules - seeing that we work full-time and are raising a 2 year old.
